The government and the national bank was forced to devalue the ruble. This drastic change in this nation's way of living has given rise to new orginizations. Not all of them were good. The rise of these organizations also gave rise to a new organization, the N.A.C.O.R. It's commonly referred to as NaCore. (Nay-Cohr) Unabbreviated, it is the National Anti-Crime Organization of Russia.
