Story of Madness is Team Shattered's interpretation of Storyfell/Fellshift/ShiftFell/Tale of Torment.
During the war, the monsters were almost completely eradicated. The humans forced them underground and put a barrier over them. Hundreds of years later, the monsters are split between those who have low morale and have become nihilistic and those who have grown an extreme blood-lust for the humans.
