What do you think?

Well made game! I included it in a compilation video series of all of the Asylum Jam 2016 games, if you’d like to take a look! :) https://youtu.be/T3Dso6U5Rsw

You're tasked with finding the 12 sunken ships of a fleet. You discover what happened to the ships, but end up regretting it.

My crappy rushed game for #asylumjam2016

Self assessment
Here is a bunch of notes of what I think works in this game and what needs to be improved.

What works?
The aesthetics work really well. You actually feel like you are controlling a big heavy submarine. The sound assets are good too, tough the mixing is pretty off. Some are too loud compared to others. The rim of the sonar display looks pretty good. I think it's cool that your equipment breaks when you take damage.

What needs to be improved?
-The sounds should be mixed better.
-Proper menu, game over and victory screens. I did these the last minute, so that's why they are so bad.
-The wrecks should have different sprites, so it's easier to know where you are.
-Make the dashboard EVEN FANCIER!
-More enemies.
-Make the ai less random. Sometimes they start attacking too quickly, but sometimes they take a lot of time. When they start attacking they should do so less rapidly to give the player some time to realize how screwed they are

I hope you enjoy this game despite its many flaws. I had fun working on it.

All feedback is welcome.
