You are basically Nigel Burke, but you can rename the surgeon!
Inspired by Tommy Cayetano's Surgeon Simulator 2014: RPG Edition!
It's basically a RPG version of the Touch version of Surgeon Simulator. It also includes the new Ailen Operations!

Accuracy to Mobile Version
I am going to do my best to make the game accurate from the actual Surgeon Simulator Touch. Because of this, Brains will not be added to the game. However, Gworb will be in the game.
