can you make a sonic 2011 mod for 1014?

If you dont have a idea of a mod make Scourge Over knuckles (i sayed that to you in youtube) but the bad thing is i dont know what sprite is gonna be him flying so use super scourge sprite or your idea idk i dumb well its have Scourge version sonic 3 so that sprites of scourge will make sense in the mod

But if you dont find the scourge version sonic 3 use the sprites of sonic advance 👍🏻
