Rules for GameJam:
Make a really bad game. This is important, it has to be bad.
Make that game a one screen remake of another game. Remembering it has to be bad.
"Features":
Clumsy controls you can't edit in the menu (because the game is that bad).
3-hit deaths. Believe me, it's really easy to get hit.
Lo-res and black and white, because bad.
Insults fans by mixing Doctor Who jargon with Star Trek jargon!
It's impossible to win. Did I mention this game is bad?
Technically, the game is finished and stable. "Technically".
