I like the idea, all it needs is some work for the visual (sprites, etc.) ;)

A coven of witches has cast a curse on all the kids at the local high school. The curse has turned them all emo except for Ted, who was asleep in the bathroom.
Ted is visited by a witch-hating toilet-genie who tells him the situation. The genie promises to grant 3 wishes for Ted if he helps him de-emo the kids. Ted agrees and the genie transports him to the first classroom.
But there's a catch. Freaking genies, man.
-Move the player by clicking on a tile
-The player walks to that tile, cheering up any emo kids along the way
-You only have a set amount of moves for each level
-Run out of moves while emo kids still remain, you have to start the level over
