The Edge: Isometric Survival

Originally called "Absorb", the game is being developed for all devices and will be released at the same time soon. Im just adding the finishing touches to make the game extra special.

So what is it you ask?

Well youre a cuboid fighting geometric shapes using a variety of tactics, you can kill enemies by leading them of the edge, or by attacking them with your melee orrr how about shrink them.. decrease there health? Kill them all with laser missiles? How about just nuke them? Sound good? Good. Thats pretty much it! Its simple, and no two plays are ever the same with completely random ai. The cuboids will bounce around and collide with each other, so maybe just train them up and lead them off an edge?

The catch you ask? This is just like any other survival game... nonono let me tell you the cool thing about The Edge. When youre health bar gets below 1 you turn invisible and have the chance to continue your game WITHOUT IN APP PURCHASES - thanks ea - all you gots to do is lead your character to the health pack. Simple enouh right? Wellll not really. Youre invisible when youre below 1 hp, so in order to determine where your player is you have to use the coloured markers on the map to show which segment of the map you are on. This along with the enemies getting suspiciou and following your character still, allows you to gain a feel for where your player is on the map.

You get a total of 3 lives, and when your out YOURE OUT so make each one count. Oh did i mention your score is going to decrease when you are invisible, so you want to get the health pack asap! If you fall off the map thats it! Game over and your score is NOT counted. Soo thats where the name comes into play. Be careful around "The Edge" as its not a place you want to be getting too close too if you want to beat your friends score!

Did i mention the killstreaks? Lazers, Nukes, Shrink rays, Speed, Health potions.. The game will be out on every device so dont worry, if you are reading this then you have a playable device! See you on the Isometric battleground!!
