It's pretty much a game where you try to destroy the DNA emitting chemicals that may change a being's genetic information. Your little nano bot must answer questions such as "I WANT BABIES! CAN I MAKE BABIES?!?" which are related to the original Klinefelter Syndrome. Watch out for random bacteria and infected bacteria, destroy this DNA, and you're good. Plus, you get to listen to "Crazy la Paint" at the end, although you can just search it up on youtube and there it is!
