Cool game lad, neat little take on the gameplay of nuclear throne, and thus far shows great potential! :D
As for things you could fix before release, such would be...
Don't force fullscreen, still playable, but some prefer windowed.
Improve the contrast on everything, the npc's and players are fine, but the floor, walls, and bullets all blend together, such that its hard to see whats going on half the time(the red from damage doesn't help...).
Zoom the camera a bit, as it can get extremely cramped and a little sickening to play when combined with the screen-shake.
The game become way to hard, way to quickly, i like me-self challenged but it could be toned back a tad, it shouldn't jump from 3 basic dudes to 4 basic dudes and 3 rapid-fire dudes in the space of one level.

So I updated the game to include more decals, a new sort of enemy type (one that searches the map for your a$ and a slightly better menu (still crap if you ask me)
