The Responsibility Monster

"When am I gonna have grandkids?", "When are you gonna pay the bills?", "Are you gonna get a job?". These are the type of responsibilities that ain't nobody have time for!

The Responsibility Monster is a game created in a 24 hour game jam hosted by a group of college students and is held twice a year. The theme for the jam was "runaway" and what better way to create runaway game than a game about running away from your responsibilities!

The Responsibility Monster is a little endless arcade style game where you play as a little rabbit hopping away from the terrifying Responsibility Monster that shoots responsibilities at you and trying to avoid as many responsibilities as possible.

The game has both one player and local two player modes where player two controls the monster and shooting responsibilities at player one.

Controls for One Player Mode:
Up Arrow - Jump
Left and Right Arrow - Move Left or Right

Controls for Two Player Mode:
Player One:
Up Arrow - Jump
Left and Right Arrow - Move Left or Right

Player Two:
W - Jump
A - Move Left
D- Move Right
X- Shoot Responsibilities
