The Invisible is a Renpy based, fan made novel I'm working for a year now. Basically, it's a Hotel Transylvania datesim-horror-themed parody with grim humor and REAL monsters. You'll play as a courier which instructed to deliver the parcel, but on his way finds only a deserted village.
