You've got a pretty nifty concept here, the bare bones of the demo feel a little bit One Finger Death Punch-ish, but with more free movement (and plot!).
If you keep chipping away at this and put together a workable story to go with the action, along with maybe some power-ups or a level-up system it'll be a winner for sure!
I'll be keeping an eye out for updates, keep up the good work! =)
