The LISA of Us Part II, is an action RPG based off the LISA series.
It is set in an alternate universe, so here's how I'd explain it:
It continues right after Painful, takes characters from Wise, and serves as a sort of spiritual reimagining of Joyful.
You play as Buddy.
Formerly, the last woman on Earth, hellbent on revenge, she going head to head against a new mankind.
This game features overworld combat to go with your standard turn-based stuff.
Buddy now has a full arsenal of tools she can use outside of combat.
From skills that let her deflect bullets, to throwing knives and drop down assassinations, The LISA of US Part II provides many avenues for engagement.

This is a fanmod of a fangame of the LISA series.
As such, it has a few prerequisites in order to understand this game.
For best experience, skim through:
Lisa the Painful - Get familiar with the story
Lisa the Joyful - Get familiar with the gameplay
