Tic Tac and a literal Toe

I'm currently coding simple concepts to get into the habit of doing it on a regular basis and got stuck on the idea of making a version of TicTacToe that's even worse than the original game, so I added a literal toe randomly interfering with the game.

There is no A.I. at the moment and I don't know when I will get around to adding one.
