i wanted them to change chara's sprite since it's only a little changes from frisk because chara has only changes in the colors and in her face but the rest is still frisk

Wait, and change the description. The reason why Chara hated humanity is because they locked the monsters in the UNDERGROUND. And what happened to Chara depends on the ending.
Ok, never mind. I just realized how you work with GM: Studio. You got to create objects, and link them to sprites. Then you create a room, set the background, and put the objects in. Then you create some scripts and get some beta testers to test your game.
