Great run&gun game :D
The boss wasn't so annoying except for the bots it spawns
Some heroes come in small packages with dumb names.
Weehead World is a 2D run and gun action platformer with a retro visual style. Based on games I created as a young child in the form of doodles on paper featuring a character named “Little Weehead” , Weehead World was inspired by games like Contra, Gunstar Heroes, Mega Man, Rocket Knight Adventures, and others.
Featuring:
•Solid controls with controller support (for support for several controllers, I recommend importing the game into your Steam game library)
•Hidden items and secrets
•Pop culture references
•Original music and sound effects (music can be muted with a press of the M key.. I’m not totally confident in my ability to write music)
•60 frames per second
•Lots of things to collect
•A shop system, allowing you to buy items and upgrade your health and ammo in between levels
This is the first demo released for the game. It features two levels and boss battle.
Released a patched version of the game which makes the HUD scale with everything else when in full screen mode. Same for some of the other GUI graphics

After some careful consideration, I have decided to release Weehead World free of charge.
Hi all. The game is basically complete, but I'm having some close family members do some test playing before moving forward with deployment. Will probably release another demo soon!
I've been working on this game, but have not been updating here at all. For anyone who is still interested, I have all but two boss battles left to develope before meeting my initial definition of "done".
