Right now, I'm more interested in working on a spinoff/rewrite of the original fanfic that I'm reusing the subplot that eventually became what was supposed to be this visual novel.
Game on Indefinite Hold (Part 1 of 2)
So, I'm placing this game on hold (or probably full-on cancelling it) because I don't really have the motivation for making it, at least in this visual novel presentation.
Sorry for the lack of updates the past few months. I do still have some of the major scenes planned out, but I haven't felt like adding them to the game in a while because life's been kinda kicking my ass (not to mention the struggle to connect the plot).
So, last night and this afternoon:
-I swapped out the background set in the big confession scene (the original background set will be recycled for future scenes).
-I wrote the introduction scene.
-I fixed a few transition bugs I had when adding the intro.
So far, I've finished one scene, a big confession scene involving the two main characters. I'm taking a bit of a break from bouncing around with what scene ideas I've got planned (all will probably be written out-of-order).
