Zombie Bashers is a NES-styled game taking inspiration from console games from the 1980s. A multiplayer-only game with a heavy emphasis on shooting many zombies. Both characters are equipped with their own laser gun. The goal is to hold out as long as you can. Wave counter included.
Team up with a friend and experience the carnage in a stunning 256x192 resolution. For a challenge, play by yourself saving your idle (imaginary) friend. If you feel hardcore, try playing both characters at the same time to prove everyone you're the boss!
There is no win scenario. You will die in the arena. It's just a matter of time. For additional help, a help screen is available in the main menu.
Please note that the controls have been designed to work with local arcade machines and thus the controls may be a bit hard to grasp at first. Controls are as follows:
Player 1 (BLUE):
Use Arrow Keys to move and TAB to shoot
Player 2(ORANGE)
Use WASD to move and N to shoot
Universal Controls:
Press Space Bar or M to reset the arena
This is my first ever game, so please be as savage as you can in critiquing my coding skills and life decisions. On that note, I hope you enjoy the game!
