Now there's a "Delete Highscore" button in the main menu, so if you have a low record, now you can tell that record never existed!
(This was also available in 0.1.0, but only by pressing "X" on the keyboard, so it could cause lots of trouble.)

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
