Placeholder main and pause menus added (bugged with some resolutions - download version is only 16:10 at the moment)

3 new levels

Gamejolt API intergrated - complete 10 levels to appear on the leaderboard, who can finish in the least number of clicks? (no ingame score counter but your best score will appear on the leaderboard - online only)

Moving hazards added

Bug fixes - Player movement and bounce should be much more predictable
Levels cleaned up
