0.5.0pre12 is released!

Added a settings menu.

Added a Theme selector and a WIP Desert Theme.

The full changelog is below.

> Added a Settings menu to the Title Screen. Level background music (of which only the island theme has any in-game) will not be played for the foreseeable future, but level completion music will.

> Added a Theme selector to the Level Editor.

> Added the Desert Theme, which is also a work-in-progress.

> Death by the Killplane plays the damage sound again.

> Horizontal velocity is now cancelled when dying from the killplane.

> Quicksand (found in the Desert Theme) is now fatal, but only if you sink low enough.

> The Endless Pit Killplane (found in the Forest Theme) is now fatal in a similar matter to Quicksand, wherein you can survive in it until you are offscreen.

> Fixed a bug where the timer sound would play forever if exiting play mode while a timer was ticking.

> Added a special level completion theme for when the level is completed while in a Game Over state. Yes, that can happen. And yes, it's a feature.

> Updated the Game Over menu to make it clear that it is a Game Over menu.

> Added some cool gradients to the text in the Level Complete menu.

> Softened the shading on the clouds in the island theme.
