Hello Syobon Action fans!

After a long hiatus I'm finally back at working Syobon Action X!

I finally added new enemies for the game as well as make new levels for the "story".

I hope to release the new version soon :)

Changelog for 0.7 as of 30.09.2025:

Level 1-1 is now completely new

Added new level type: autoscroll

Added new background type: Blue Gradient

Levels can now have a time limit

Small changes to player physics

Small changes to level camera

Added Koopa like enemies

Huge player can now break "collected blocks"

New level format (SERGI_SYOBON07), old levels are still compatible

Levels saved with the new format now have less size

Custom graphics support for tiles, background and some entities

New font

Added 1-life mode (Press X at the main menu)

Added angry cat (yeah that one, usually found in castles)

King Goomba-like enemies now display a message upon player death

Evil Clouds have a unqiue death message

New "hover" goomba enemy

Bug fixes:

Fixed "slow falling when huge" bug

Fixed a bug when an invisible coin block can accelerate the player

Player should no longer get stuck in blocks
