A small update to fixe some bugs due to the 1.20.0 :)

Fixed can't use Stargate

Fixed when die in a SpaceShip, can be stuck freezing

Fixed GalaxyMap always show sectors around 0 0 0

Fixed can't spawn new Space Ship

Added New Outpost model

Fixed Teleporter (Space Ship) not visible on top stage

Fixed some entities don't spawn some time

Fixed texture transparent

Fixed flying units stuck on hover
