1 Year Anniversary - The Return to Bloody Nights
Some information about planned and scrapped content and ideas. Self reflection.

Hey there, it's hard to believe it's already been a year since our game launched, and I find myself the lone celebrator of this milestone. While I'm tasked with writing this reflection, it's bittersweet to acknowledge that some of our planned updates and content additions didn't quite make it to fruition due to real-life hurdles and shifting priorities within the team.

We had ambitious plans for today, including big updates like the "Secret" night, Basement, New Minigames, and Characters Cameo appearences, all of which were in various stages of development before being sidelined. I take responsibility for perhaps being overly optimistic about our capacity to deliver, overlooking the waning interest and competing commitments within the team.

There were even aspirations for a boss fight, but I'll refrain from delving into that realm since it may find its place in the upcoming VR adaptation. While we had intentions to enhance certain story elements, our focus is now firmly on TRTBN VR, where progress is promising, sparking fresh ideas and innovations.

Reflecting on the original TRTBN, I recognize its imperfections – a few bugs, design decisions that missed the mark – and I sincerely apologize for any shortcomings. Yet, the outpouring of love from players has been heartening, driving me to strive for better. Now, all my efforts are channeled into making TRTBN VR a vastly improved rendition, learning from past mistakes and aiming for excellence.

I'm immensely grateful for the collaboration with the @ryptide_official team, whose dedication and talent inspire confidence in our ability to deliver a remarkable gaming experience. With patience and diligence, I'm confident we'll shine a bright light on our project.

Over the past year, I've been truly amazed by the overwhelming support we've received. It's been incredible to see the ongoing content creation surrounding our game, and witnessing Markiplier and MatPat play it was a surreal experience. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has played the game and shared their experiences through videos – your support means the world to me.
I'm well aware that our game didn't have the smoothest start upon its launch and faced its fair share of issues. However, I'm relieved that we were able to address and fix them over time. Admittedly, there were some who expressed disappointment that the gameplay didn't quite meet their expectations of being "super duper incredible." But, considering it was my debut game, I understand there were bound to be hiccups and mistakes along the way.

Unfortunately, I didn't always handle criticism with grace, and for that, I deeply regret my actions. However, today marks a turning point. I've learned invaluable lessons from this experience and have grown significantly as a result. I'm now in a much better place, both professionally and personally.

Looking ahead, I'm filled with excitement for the future and the opportunity to showcase the best aspects of my personality as a developer. I'm committed to demonstrating that I can produce quality work and handle feedback constructively. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all those who followed the journey of our game and supported me along the way. Your encouragement means everything to me.

There is still very much active community on FNAF World on steam, pretty impressive lol after all these years. Anyway, today later i will show you something im drawing rn

Not proud of this day of making art. I spent entire day slacking and just not doing what I was wanting to do. Did little art and was procrastinating all the time, awful. Well, this is what I got. Uh-huh, I gotta force my self to work harder and more.

Public Response to Community Concerns - TRTBN Classic Updates, Upcoming TRTBN VR and Personal Life (A MUST READ)

Finally finished. Toy Chica from FNAF 2 Art in spirit of the artstyle by @goodbyellow on X

Was inspirational to see his work so i thought to give it a try and im glad of the results. Gonna continue with this artstyle for some other characters.

Trying to draw the comic book William im making for Bloody Nights, tried the Azoinab style of drawing (An artist on twitter) and honestly, i kinda like it, its easy to make and would speed up making my comics instead of making them too detailed as before.

Drew a sketch of Toy Chica, inspired by the style of an artist on X(https://x.com/goodbyellow) who makes pretty cool bold drawings without complex shading with squared simplified curves. Will finish it later today.

???
