Trivia
There is nothing particularly special to this update other than I believe these were the last remaining bugs in the game. Yesterday, I playtested essentially everything in the game (something I haven't done up until now), and fixed every little wrong detail I could find.

General
Finally fixed a bug where the screen would briefly glitch out if minimizing the game while it's paused, as well as the same bug happening when switching frames;
File Selection
Fixed the 'area' value not being reset when returning to this frame, making the options menu accessed here potentially having the wrong background image.
Party Creation
The return button now gets highlighted when the mouse is over it, a feature that got lost when the Android and PC ports got translated into an universal version.
Overworld
Enemies and party members now have a dedicated hotspot, avoiding things like the springlocks move being attached to the enemy's belly;
Fixed being able to click the warp buttons while the map was up;
Patched the 'new party member' text after defeating a challenger being on top of the map;
Fixed area triggers not working if the player tried getting from one to the other slowly and they were very close together;
Patched the whirlpool effect under Freddy being visible above the grass if the player got positioned very precisely;
Fixed the buzzsaw being able to hit dead enemies;
The lasers from UFO bytes, endo army and eye beam got changed to be shown for a bit even if already overlapping the enemy;
Fixed endo army's laser spawn position;
Fixed bossdrainer bytes laser layering (bug found by @Fraeya );
Poppers and endo army now get deleted when the battle ends (suggestion by @Fraeya );
Poppers' explosion now longer carries between battles (bug found by @Fraeya );
Patched the halloween backstage dialogue with NPCs overlapping the UI key when legacy mode is off;
The battle ticker now resets after boss and challenger fights, as well as talking to Fredbear;
Patched a frame perfect trick where you could get a water splash to spawn if teleported just at the right time during Lilygear Lake.
Fredbear Dialogue
One of Fredbear's glitched dialogues mentioned a yellow bird that in update 2 became a seagull. The text has been changed to match the bird (bug found by @Fraeya ).
Foxy.exe
The cursor is now hidden;
Cats can no longer be seen static offscreen.
Foxy Fighters
The cursor is now hidden;
Changed the dialogue text size for consistency;
Changed the player's bullets spawn location for consistency;
Fixed Souldozer's yellow laser instantly melting the player's life.
FNaF 57
The cursor is now hidden;
Fixed the music not stopping once Scott gets defeated (bug found by @DrKoriacz );
Patched the industrial fans being on top of the player;
Fixed enemy bullets staying alive if put offscreen;
Patched the game camera sometimes shaking when leaving vertical transitions;
Fixed the player's bullets spawn location with higher powerups;
Patched briefly getting stuck on low ceilings if jumping;
Fixed being able to skip a dialogue after grabbing the high jump (this is probably the last bug from the original FNaF World that was still present in the game);
Fixed enemy bullets sometimes going into the wrong direction (especially with the blue blobs);
Chica's Magic Rainbow
Patched briefly getting stuck on low ceilings if jumping;
Fixed being able to jump after grabbing the end flag.
