### Additions:

New Omori PvP sprites by TF18.

Added the ability to go onto the balcony of Papyruses house.

Added a shorter version of /reloadskinpacks (/rsp)

### Changes:

RickyG's pvp sprite will use the built-in sprites regardless of what is set in skinpacks.

Replaced Ricky and Gicky's old sprites to a new permanent design.

Updated Classic Gold Frisk to have a new permanent design.

### Bug Fixes:

Gave the Deltarune Ch4 SkinPack a unique color like it was meant to have.

Hopefully fixed some of the audio sounding bitcrushed.

Fixed a bug that would prevent you from reconnecting under specific circumstances.

Fixed a bug that would prevent you from entering certain unlockable rooms when running sometimes.

Fixed "/ban RickyG" not working.

Fixed the Desolate Ruins savepoint not healing players.
