2000+ Follows Milestone | Page Design Revamp | Trailer 2 | Q&As

   Thank you all for supporting me, trusting me, following up with my content. 2000+ people (or cats) on GameJolt who decided to follow my game for a specific reason, that’s unbelievable! This means a lot to me.

To celebrate this INCREDIBLE event, I decided to do a few things.

     Releasing a 2nd Trailer

You may have seen my last post, I have been working tremendously hard on the trailer for the last 2 months.

1. Why?
   I saw that people noticed my 1st Five Nights at Roxy’s Trailer more than anything, and got overall a great amount of positive feedback. I’ve been having in mind to make a 2nd trailer since the beginning of this year, but my modeling skills didn’t allow me to make something incredible.
   Now that Blender released 2.8, I managed to set up EEVEE, and I was able to spend a lot more time on textures, lights, and of course, reduce the render time.

(Quick comparison, for the 1st trailer, I render 130 frames, about 5 seconds, in 720p in an amount of 20 hours. For the 2nd trailer, I had 650 frames 1080p render in less than 40 min.)

   I want to do something memorable, something that has never been seen before, something epic. I hope it will turn out as I expected.

And as again, I made my own Original soundtrack for it, similarly for the 1st one. But this time, focusing on correct sound mixing, genres (dark/mysterious/epic cinematic)…

2. When?
   I’m still unsure, but probably very soon. The trailer is pretty much done, there are still a few scenes to render, some voice lines to record (yes there will be voice acting in the trailer), and one last crucial element that will cut true fans breath! :)

     Redesigned the Gamejolt page’s description

I have been wanting to do this for a long time now, and I felt like it would be a perfect occasion to do it after reaching 2000 follows! Check it out now!

I’ve seen some epic game page designs, and I felt like mine was a bit outdated…

I might also be updating some of the game teasers too, so stay tuned for that! And definitely a new _header!

Hello!

Is there a smart way to delay the start of an animation player? For example spreading a delay across multiple items so the animation is playing in a wave?

I can start each animation with a timeout, but perhaps there's a way to offset the animation?
