Yes, that's exactly what you saw, a person decided to make a page on GameJolt by reuploading Jollibee's, probably this person doesn't know that currently, any game related to the real company or with Jollibee's is prohibited.

@Sklades If you're reading this, remove this page immediately, you'll probably have copyright issues because of it. That was the reason why Jollibee's and Jollibee's Phase 2 were removed and THERE IS NOTHING we could do to reverse this.

If you don't understand, head over to the JOLLY community and read a post made by @Malrat_ (aka P.N.M), he asked not to repost the game on GameJolt.

If you want to play Jollibee's again, there's a reupload on Mediafire where you can download it, but I don't recommend it.

I repeat, don't repost Jollibee's on GameJolt, Ivan could suffer the consequences of his actions for something stupid and forbidden like this.
