This is my submission for this week's #ArtWeeklies theme "Redraw/Remake an older artwork/piece of yours!" and "Video Game Enemies"!
I always consider Waddle Dees to be more of a Shy Guy counterpart rather than a Goomba counterpart due to various reasons, which was why I drew them together back in 2018! That, and I just really like Shy Guys :]
So I was inspired to try sketching the Splatoon idols from memory.
As you may noticed:
1. I am not good at traditional art
2. I am not good at art without references (unless I had properly drawn the characters before, which I havent)
Today is my brother's birthday

A very quick and silly Kirby doodle I made in Inkscape while experimenting with a tablet setup; thought he was too silly not to share.
I've been using Inkscape for about 15 years, but have never bothered with the tablet features until now.
