A very needed change was the Shop UI as, in the long-term, it wasn't viable to keep the same UI as Pizza Sim due to how tedious it was finding items. You can also change the max values of objects into your save file.

Also I did work on the TD/Night UI too but I'm holding off on showing it so that I can work on the animations of characters.

Massive credit to @samlovesmath for making the UI concept designs for the Tycoon, Shop, and Night levels. It was a massive help that paid-off super well.
