Ok so in seros ua uniform his arms look completely normal right BUT THEN LOOK AT OTHER IMAGES OF HIM WITHOUT HIS UNIFORM
HOW TF IS THAT POSSIBLE WOULDNT THE TAPE LIKE DISPENSERS SHOW THROUGH THE UNIFORM DO THEY DISAPPEAR INTO HIS BODY MAKING HIS ARMS LOOK NORMAL WHAT EXPLAIN
