Well...every scratcher knows that scratch hasn't got any maping features like unity2d.
But I needed it to make the episodes of Mordım DLC.
Soooo I started to do an engine in scratch engine.
Aaand when I done some decend progress,I realized that it was soo simple and has lags of a lot of features so I started to redoing it and do it as a stand alone thing in name of SCHrana engine.(its been only a week in chase of developing)Here is some information.
It will have custom-sizeable map sizes up to 200000 blocks.
For example,the biggest square map you can do is 444x444 (but dont forget that there are borders in the borders and that makes the size 442x442) or 124x1025 or 16x53
Floors (from grass to road and much much more) and objects (like table or trees) are separated things unlike the old version.
Shadow maping for each block (but the object's whole budy has a single light value)
Hdr like lightning ( Im thalkimg about you going into a dark place and a normal place looks bright and brights places looks even more brighter.I will use this in the shadow maps.)
Probaplycolored sharp lighting.Well,an in engine map maker.
Unvisible walls to stop you.
You can get behind of objects (talking about hight values) like tables or for example trees .So you can get a more 3d object feeling.
Easy interact mechanics.
When I finnish the engine entirely,I will probaply ad an user friendly interface just like a real engine. (but of course you will use scratch itself to finish the game for real.But I will give you the things that you cant do just in scratch.)
I will give the SCHrana to people that contact me and accepts to advertise me for each project they use SCHrana,credit me (again,for each project they use SCHrana.) They Anoncing that they downloaded SCHrana,and puting SCHrana's logo that saying something like "used SCHrana engine" in their published game if it used SCHrana at some point.Allso,they must follow me.(lol)
So I will finish the engine, and contune to Mordım DLC.
