Act 5 Progress #4

Hi! loller231 here!

It has been quite a while since the last DevLog. I have made quite a lot of progress since the last DevLog I have posted 3 or so months ago. I have fixed some bugs that occurred within the game and I am now focusing in finishing the last part of the game and edit a few scenes and fix possible bugs that may occur within the game.

So far this is the game’s progress…

  • Act # | Act % | Act Status

  • Act 0.5 | 99% | I still need to do something.

  • Act 1 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 1.5 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 2 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 2.5 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 3 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 3.5 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 4 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 4.5 | 100% | Complete!

  • Act 5 | 80% | On Going

  • Extra Chapter/ DLC | 0% | On Hold.

Notes:

  • Since my laptop’s OS died I switched to my old netbook to continue to make it, the only downside to it is that the game lags and the text does not run smoothly on my part. But other than that it runs fine it’s just my netbook’s DirectX is not good enough to run it smoothly.

  • I still have to do something for the first part but I am focused on finishing the game first before fixing that part.

  • As I always say the DLC will be released separately from the main game.

Thank you for your time and support

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

I just wanted to introduce you to my latest musical production and hear some opinions about it. Thank you very much.

It's now possible to destroy some of the obstacles and gain access to new locations or create shortcuts. #gamedev #indiegame #rpg
