After working on this one for two months, it's finally done. Had this idea for quite some time now, and glad to share it. Rina is one of my favorite Digimon characters, and glad to draw her in a fun way. Hope you all enjoy it!! :D

Wanted to make something small for this month, and this is what I came up with. Only used 16 colors for this piece, and only 20 frames. Really love the "Rain" palette that is on dotpict. Not made in dotpict, though, but hope you enjoy it, either way.
