the mimic is dumb as shit or at least in the way I've seen it presented first of all I've seen someone say that it might be the one responsible for the Post-it note room or at least what seems to be Charlie's presence in the Post-it note Room hell no just no no NO why in God's name would this now violent rabbit endoskeleton even be in that room in the first place for God's sake I feel like Greg bought and Charlie hunting the pizza place are actually correct and to me at least it's honestly more satisfying to me allowing the crying child to actually have a personality and letting Charlie not just be written off and the minute being just a copy of afternoon is a fine Theory and all trust me I'm just as desperate to get rid of that wheelchair-bound joke as the rest of us but I don't know something about saying that the mimic is all that William is or at least the theory that the mimic program is also glitch trap doesn't feel right it's just feels rushed and thrown in like you want a new villain but we don't want one that doesn't make any fucking sense it just feels like everyone is going with the mimic being a thing and the mimic being burn trap I can get behind it hell I like it better than it just being another generic spring-trap but it feels like everyone's going way too far with this thing the way I think it should be used is so that we can have sort of like a trio of villains vanny glitch trap and burn trap aka the mimic and flush them out make them more unique give mimic a personality or something not just another sadistic killer maybe make it learn to enjoy what it's doing in a sick twisted way make its body contort and change like make it make its head turn all the way around hell even make it carry around a knife constantly brandishing it eagerly waiting for its next victim and make vanny while also sadistic give them moments of struggle Vanessa trying to break free interpret them as an actual reluctant follower and take what glitch trap was and help wanted that sadistic and creepy Menace that feels like he can't be stopped and turn it up go ham with it make him really induce a sense of hopelessness just to make overcoming him finally feel all the more satisfying shit this just turned into an entire pitch for how they should do ruin steel will probably won't see this but it'd be amazing if they did to be honest
