Almost there!


Hey everybody!

The game jam is almost over. What a weekend it was for us. For some in our group it was the first game jam. We didn’t really had major problems. Sometimes the computer randomly shuts down or you find out that the supermarket is not open today. We survived.

Anyway, here are some pictures we made for you people to show our progress. Our game will be uploaded in a couple of hours and we are still polishing it at the moment. We will give another update when the game is posted so you guys can play it.

For now we will continue working. We don’t have much time yet…!

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
