Here are some things to take note of (and some more technical things):
The Expert Guitar track must be charted (which should be selected upon opening Moonscraper). Other tracks are ignored.
Target resolution (ticks per quarter note) MUST be 192 (default for Moonscraper).
It does not matter whether any individual note is a strum, HOPO (natural or forced), or tap note.
Orange notes, open notes, and local events will be discarded upon conversion.
Star power sections will also be discarded upon conversion except in the condition listed below.
To add a Big Rock Ending (BRE), place a global event named "coda" (no quotes) then place a star power section which starts at the same time that the "coda" event is triggered. For best chart quality, don't place a BRE unless it fits the song.
Project Rhythm does not enforce a limit to the length of a song. There is technically no limit to the number of notes in a song either, but if you attempt to load a chart with more than 200,000 notes on the Scratch website, it may be cut short due to the list length limit. (this is assuming the game will be uploaded to the Scratch website, which probably won't be the case, aside from the fact that you will almost never need to place that many notes in a chart).
