On Angels Cirbys World, The Shaggy vs Waluigi War got out of hand. The two sides where being ruthless against each other and there seemed to be no end. So out of desperation, Shaggy deiced to make his generals stronger. So he turned them all into angelic beings. Now, with the armys new power, Shaggy won and put a end to the war.
