Hello there! And thank you to whoever is reading this. This is the first official dev-log of the game, and will definitely not be the last. Im here today to talk about some different things about the game, how it's going to work out (hopefully) and how we intend on working on the game.

The Game:

So the game itself will most likely consist of 3 different phases (i know, so original).

Phase 1 being the normal phase, phase 2 being "angy" phase, and phase 3 being the "serious" phase.

We intend to make phase 1 and 2 almost the same length, and phase 3 be the longest one, with some cool little things here and there.

The game itself will most likely be made on scratch, but if we can find another engine to code it, we will. As of now, we plan on hopefully having a judgement hall segment, and then the actual fight starts.

The Designs:

So far, I have made most of the sprites for phase 1, but haven't fully finished yet. As for phase 2, i'll start getting to work on it once i finish the phase 1 sprites and get some more team members.

As of designs for each phase? I'm not too sure, i have the basic design for phase 1 done, just a generic thingy, as a matter of fact, i'll give yall a little taste of the sprite in all of its glory. (and you even get the HD version)

And yeah, that's the basic design for phase 1, of course not hd though. There's gonna be a bunch of different faces, and some unique lookin' ones as well. But that's basically it for the design.

Oh! Also the logo might change depending on the next question.

Name Change:

Recently, i have been informed by some people that the name "goofy goober" actually comes from spongebob, which i had absolutely no idea about, i never watched spongebob as a kid, so yeah, sorry about that.

But that's the main reason i wanna change the name. Recently after finding out, i figured that the name is what is getting this fan-game ignored, due to people thinking various different things. Now that's just my theory, it could be something else completely (like the fangame just being in its early stages and no ones heard about it yet)

So due to all of that, i was thinking of some new names for the fan game, and i have some suggestions in the pole. Of course, you can comment on what name you think would match the game.

But other than that, theres another issue that i've had a problem with.

More Team Members:

Yes i know i say this a lot, but this game desperately needs more team members. The current team is great, all of them are great people, it's just we're so little that barely any progress has been made. We need more people to help out.

As well as that, i just wanted to say, if anyone knows how to use the "Clickteam Series" engine, it would be much appreciated if you helped us.
