Am I the only one who thinks that BadSum is edited into the _ image for the NINENINE easter egg in Baldi+ v0.7?

Additionally, if that really is supposed to be BadSum, why is he in the image? Is it just for the sake of making the background creepy or is there something else deeper than that?
