We Created A Lightning Fast Streaming Technology!

We've officially dubbed Our New Streaming Engine, "JadeElight™", a portmanteau of "Jade" and "Delight"! It features three key aspects which all work together to help make playing online games a snap:

A. Streaming Optimized Video:

"The JadeJohnson Games JadeElight Streaming Engine™" uses extremely high resolution video in games with pre rendered cut scenes. It then takes that video footage, applies a constant rate factor (CRF) of ninety nine (99), to counteract the file amount of bandwidth that a normal video like that would require.

To optimize the streaming experience even further, the video frame rate is cut down to twenty frames per second (20FPS) [still fast enough to keep most action looking relatively smooth], and the audio is reduced to twelve thousand hertz (12000HZ) — still high enough where you can still tell the S's from the F's, V's, and TH's, but low enough to significantly reduce the bandwidth requirements.

B. Streaming Optimized Audio:

Secondly, JadeElight uses a special encoding for its ".wav" audio. It's a little known codec called GSM6.10. It decreases any standard .WAV file by over eighty eight point five two percent (88.52%)! Since most of the games available on "The JadeShop™" use separate audio and video feeds, we are able to take this compression to its ultimate maximum, resulting in small game downloads and miniscule server connection waits! Almost completely gone are the days when you have to wonder if the server for your favourite massively packed title is on its last leg when you know your local area network is blazing fast!

C. Streaming Optimized Sprites:

Lastly, here's a feature that will benefit our previous titles quite the lot more than the majority of our future ones, and that is sprite compression. Many of our previously released games use sprites — small sections of graphics that are automatically stitched and kept together with the magic of their hosting game engine to enable you to see the game world as it should appear, not how its visuals were originally crafted.

These sprites were previously often in ultra high resolution, but thanks to the power of "JadeElight, we'll be able to shrink them down a bit, sometimes chipping multiple entire megabytes off of the file size, and hence the bandwidth requirement; thus yielding a much more delightful streaming session!

Now, we will warn you that all this new speed does come with a slight kicker, and that is, any title that runs on JadeElight will not be compatible with the Android version of PowerPoint. It's not really a concern to us though, because we only natively support Windows: no Macintosh, no Linux, Not even iOS; the experiences we provide to you are only fully compatible with PowerPoint 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365, running solely on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, and or 7! We'll only say that once!

That being said, we do plan to port the majority of our most popular titles to JadeElight, as well as "The JadeShop™" application itself, the latter resulting in much faster manual installations and update streams!
