any suggestion on how to achieve this irregular stone brick wall? ik the leaking part on top is either a png (which i have) or simply a really distorted mesh. But is the wall a PBR, simply a png texture, is it sculpted?

thoughts? Used TallyOfTheMark´s design as inspo. I dont think it sticks to the 2016-ish vibe, so yall have any suggestions? maybe removing some textures would help, the simpler the accurate i guess
