Apologies to all friends waiting for UTR. I have some less-than-good news to share.


My plan is to develop UTR based on UCT, but UCT is still far from complete.

I intend to focus on creating UCT in the coming years, and once it matures, I will start working on UTR.

This will likely take a very long time, as I have been working entirely on my own—handling programming, art, music, and design all by myself without any help.

If you are still interested in this project or wish to assist me, feel free to reach out anytime—I would be more than happy to communicate.
