Apparently, Frisk has seen in-game height, which they share with Noel, but has no confirmed age, though they share it with Suzy.

On other hand, Harlow has confirmed age, but it's unknown what was their height in UT.

What's your opinion on age range?

Though the 2019 scenario is outdated for now, Ricky's scrapped storyline has intended to use Frisk in Redux version, while Harlow wasn't yet redesigned into a teen. On other hand,

they were in anabiosis, which made them staying kids for a very long time.

Adult Noel looks that she's prepared to marry Suzy, lol.
