Article [X]: Tenure of the Monarch and Succession

1. The Monarch of the Unified Kingdom of Valoria, Ostrava, and the Autonomous Territories shall reign for life.

2. In the event of abdication or the passing of the reigning Monarch, a Royal Election shall be convened to determine the next Monarch.
