Hello, please read it all, very important. Its 5 am here so, please take my message as a desperate one, while i feel awful due to time and situation.

After reviewing the file, I was surprised to see that JenPen, a previously worked artist who was excellent at his job, took my words so seriously. I would like to clarify some of the statements that were misunderstood.

First of all, I have reviewed his document and am here to clarify some of the statements that were not fully explained and were misunderstood.

You can trust to this guy if you want, but first check my messages and read them all.

THE UNPAID WORK part.

As he said, he knew we were making this FNAF fan game for free, and when I approached him, we clarified that it was done out of passion towards the work. As we went forward, he made a statement that I actually HIRED SOMEONE ELSE, which is not true. The other artist was involved, yet it had nothing to do with FNAF and was never paid for; it was again made just for fun. We clearly talked with JenPen that day about the sketch, and he knows that it was going to be used to make some other full-sized picture. At the end, it happened, and JenPen clearly knows. Most of our talks happened in Voice Chat, so he has nothing to show, neither do I. As well as he should have called me back if he was feeling he deserved to be paid. He never mentioned that. Never.

ACCLAIMED AS BEING AN IDIOT AND ASSHOLE
That one is tough, and now it seems rude from his part. Back when we were working on the game, we talked a lot, had a fun time and looked for new ideas related to the game. After a few days of work and chat, he went offline, and I wrote to him that I was worried. Later he replied that he was busy but doing good, so I just said, "OK then, I understand your busyness, so I can wait for ya." After some time, I kept asking him if he was free anytime soon, where I got negative responses for the most part, and I was again waiting for when he could be free.

During that time, JenPen started to make documents exposing some other people. At that time, he showed his worryness, and I actually asked how he was feeling since that thing was involving him too. We chatted briefly, where at the end, we came up with saying, "OK, listen, you can rest for some time, and I will wait for you; it's OK."

Some time after that chat, I learned from him that his close people had passed, where I sincerely responded that I was really sorry for the loss. (In his document, the translation is being shown as if I said only "Oh, I'm sorry," meanwhile, I expressed that I was indeed unaware of that and felt horrible for him.) I also told him that I lost people too, which is a true fact. From close people I live with is only my mother and her husband (not my real father), and I actually lost people too, that would touch my Ukrainian family as I am half Ukrainian. Me saying that I still have parents doesn't mean I lied about losing someone close; that statement of his feels really wrong.

In his document, I was kind to him for the most part, where I can also admit that some of the phrases were somewhat misunderstood. I truly liked JenPen; he has natural talent for making art and was very lovely while we were chatting. After his disappearance, I felt like losing a great friend, so I referred to him as someone who could become as close as my modeler, who I have known for many years now.
The timing of JenPen's responses was indeed strange, as he was rejecting me and my group. So, I made him quit the chat because we were talking a lot. After knowing that JenPen had lost his close people, I was thinking of not annoying him with our team chat full of messages and calls.

Later, JenPen wrote to me that it was strange of us to "kick him" out of the chat, and I responded that "Oh, I am sorry, I just didn't want to bother you." That's where it ended.

After a misunderstanding, he said that he wants me to leave him completely. So, I said that if he needed anything, be it help or chat, I was always present for him. As I am now, but he blocked me and doesn't seem to want to chat.

NSFW POSTS that I have made. Did I?

As it happened, I used cropped Google images of characters such as ToyChica, and that image did not show anything wrong besides the face, which was not related to NSFW. At first, I didn't even know that image was part of something bigger, and I didn't bother to check later. I admit it was not the greatest idea ever that I had.

Drawing suggestive art that first was not NSFW. Nothing was shown on that picture. As the art was only a sketch and blank for half a second, it was a simple safe art. On Game Jolt, there are many who make similar art and have no problem with GJ TOS or GJ Creator program. So, let's make it clear; this one is not actually aggressive expressive art.

On Discord is another case where we, me, and many others from the Russian fandom Discord, were hanging out just to have fun without involving anyone who is a minor or doesn't share our humor. There was one day where the picture of the profile was changed, but it was made just to make a joke on a closed party that ended that day, and I made my picture normal.

As for the last statement - racism. It is a really big word that can mean anything nowadays. Here is what I would say - I do not like Disney adaptations, especially the latest ones as they have a political message. Also, very cheap and low-quality CGI was mentioned in one of my posts. I posted a potential look of the next character being made into a real-life action film where instead of being the source material, it was not, just to make a small joke at Disney for not following canon standards. No racism was involved in any way. That was the only post I made regarding that matter just to point out that Disney can change those things just to please the audience that is wanting only political agenda from the company. In other words, it was Disney's problem, not a race problem.

I have worked with many people coming from different parts of the world, including black people who enjoyed working together! So, again, I wanted just to clear this matter.

Did I actually mess up somewhere? Yes, I did. And I truly apologize to you and JenPen if I hurt his feelings. Some of the things I have done were not mature, but I am an adult teen who has nothing much in life than just making a game with people passionate just like me. That's how I found JenPen.

Now, please be respectful. I may have sounded somewhat cold but it's actually that way, but again, his translation in the chat seems to show me as a cold, insensitive guy, which is not true. We had a misunderstanding, and I would like to talk to him to clarify every issue we had.

Now all i wish is not to involve GameJolt and talk about this on Discord with JenPen, i really want but he doesnt let me do it, as my part of the story doens't matter at all. Please let him know that i MUST talk to him as i still think he is a great guy but didn't udnerstand crearly my intentions.
