The changes I made for the Upgraded Edition are:
Added a new character
Added returning characters that will change the entire lore as we know it going forward
Improved gameplay and added clown icons that appear when you detect a clown
Added a power system
Added another new character
Expanded Isaac and David’s storyline
8-bit story minigames now play after beating each night
Nerfed Circus Bear and the Bongo final boss as much as possible
Added 5 new menu soundtracks
Updated the end credits and added a new end credits track
Added a paycheck ending screen
Added new PC backgrounds when loading into gameplay
Added pink and yellow Chesters that grant you more Chesters
Added a blue Chester that removes your Chester Bots
Added a new game mechanic involving an additional detector
Added a second Benny jumpscare
Fixed the BCE Extra menu
Updated Endless Nightmare so the Red Clown does not move; however, the mode remains difficult, as it is essentially the game’s 20/20/20/20 mode
Added cam static when the clowns move
added new Night intro tracks
Polished everything the best I can
You can only unlock extra menu once you beat Night 5
