He's 16 but acts horrible,he claims to be autistic yet doesn't know what stage he is,and even if he is autistic he seems to be in stage 1 or 2 and his actions aren't really acceptable unless he's in stage 3 which are people who can't talk well and sure we hell can't type,my neighbor is 30 and can't talk well at all!

His only reason for being awful is that he's (quote on quote) autistic and can't control himself....
