I love Psyduck but Golduck's design is meh imo so I took two most interesting things about Golduck from pokedex

he's a fast swimmer

Gem glows

and gave it my own design based more in Psyduck yet changing some things (like giving it Gentoo Penguin wings)

I wanted to make a fanart of Brook from One Piece for some time now, but I never had the idea for style and how to make it look cool.

Now I think I've finally achieved that.
